Whitesburg Elementary Registration & Important Dates

Students must complete online registration before attending school.

Registration Support Hours
July 27–29: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
July 30: 12:30 p.m.–3:00 p.m.
July 31: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Meet the Teacher Night & School Supply Drop-Off
Time:
4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

July 30
First Half Day for Grades 1–5
Time:
8:00 a.m.–11:15 a.m.
Buses will run.

Kindergarten will pop in from 1-2:30pm if they did not attend Open House.

August 3 First Full Day of School
Kindergarten students will follow a staggered schedule.

Tennessee Immunization Form
Two (2) Proofs of Residence
Completed Online Registration at HCBOE.net

Please bring two (2) proofs of residence.

Proof #1

Provide one item dated within the last 30 days showing the parent/guardian's name and current address.

Examples include:

Utility bill or receipt
Water
Electric
Gas
Telephone
Cable
IRS income tax correspondence
Official correspondence from:
Social Security Administration
Department of Human Resources
SNAP/Food Assistance
Temporary Assistance programs
Current bank records
Checking account statement
Savings account statement
Loan statement
Investment statement
Employment records
Current company paycheck
Signed verification letter from employer
Proof #2

Provide one document showing the parent or guardian's name and current address.

Property Ownership

Property tax record
Deed
Homeowners insurance policy
Mortgage statement
Rental Housing

Current apartment or house lease
Renter's insurance policy
Signed housing agreement between landlord and tenant

Kindergarten Parents— Don’t forget JumpStart this week! :) Tuesday-Thursday at your child’s designated time! Pick-up and drop-off will be at the cafeteria doors located in the front circle!

We will provide a snack. Your child may bring a water bottle! If you’ve already purchased supplies you may bring them, but they are not required for JumpStart!
