Our team is comprised of former administrators and teachers who are certified in the best practices from evidence-based research and teaching. Having spent time in schools and classrooms ourselves, we work side-by-side with teachers and administrators to implement a process that helps their at-risk students perform at grade level. While this support is accomplished in part through professional dev

elopment, we are unlike any other provider: we are your partner. We model for teachers and coach them individually as they implement the most effective instructional practices that support all students learning to read. Our professional development model goes well beyond a course or in-service day. In fact, we don’t stop coaching and mentoring our teachers until each and every one has achieved success in the classroom, bringing their students to reading benchmark and beyond. Our philosophy is to do whatever it takes – for as long as it takes – to achieve reading success in the classroom.
