We're excited to partner with Carolyn Carmel Photography for this special fundraiser. Carolyn's beautiful photographs are something to treasure for years to come!

Saturday, October 17th | 2:30–6:30 PM

For just $30, you'll receive a 5-minute photo session and two digital images, with $25 going directly to our preschool!

We have 24 spots available and hope to fill every one! We're now opening this opportunity to the public, so please share with friends, family, and neighbors.

If we fill all 24 sessions, Carolyn has said she will open a second day!

We know we're doing our job making preschoolers feel truly seen, heard, valued, and cared for when you’re sitting at a sporting event and one of our preschoolers climbs into your lap, and fills the moment with a joyful rendition of “Row, Row, Row Your Boat.”

Or when a former preschooler—now a big kindergarten kid—pauses their busy day to invite you to their soccer game, eager to share a piece of their growing world with you.

These tender moments may seem small, but they carry the lasting imprint of everyday care: a warm welcome, a listening ear, a comforting hug, a familiar song. Over time, those simple acts become the roots of trust, belonging, and connection.

We’re so happy to see the joyful, confident Buttons & Bows preschoolers we’re sending out into the world—and so grateful for the beautiful connections they carry with them.

Looking for a Community Partner for Snow Removal!

Buttons & Bows Preschool is fortunate to call White Lake Congregational UCC home, and our friends at the church are currently looking for a local business or community partner to provide snow plowing and snow removal services for the 2026–2027 winter season.

The church is seeking a licensed and insured company that can help keep the church and preschool property safe and accessible throughout the winter. Services include plowing the parking areas, clearing entry doors and other designated areas, and occasional salting.

As a preschool, having our property cleared and ready in the early morning is especially important so our little learners, families, and staff can arrive safely.

If you own a local snow removal business—or know someone dependable who may be interested—we would love for you to share this with them!

Bids may be submitted through October 10, 2026. All applicants will be notified of the bid decision by October 18.

We're excited only 3 more sleeps until our littles walk back through those doors!

There are still a few places left in our afternoon program. Accepting children that turn 4 before December 1st. We would love some more friends to join us.

We’re still looking for 5 more friends to join us at Buttons & Bows Preschool this fall!

We have 5 spots remaining in our afternoon Pre-K for All program, and there is still time to register!

Our tuition-free afternoon program is filled with play, friendships, hands-on learning, exploration, and lots of opportunities to learn and grow. We can’t wait to welcome another wonderful group of little learners into our Buttons & Bows family!

What a wonderful evening!

Tonight we had our first orientation night for our morning preschool program, and it was so much fun welcoming everyone into the classroom! It was wonderful to see so many new faces, along with some familiar ones returning for another year.

There’s something so special about the beginning of a new school year—the excitement, the smiles, and all the possibilities ahead. We can’t wait for the many adventures, friendships, discoveries, and memories to come!
