Our Fall 2026 Group Fitness Schedule is packed with ways to move, sweat, stretch, strengthen, and have fun all season long! 🙌

From yoga, cycling, and strength training to water aerobics, Zumba, WARRIOR Combat and Revolution, Pilates, Barre, and more, there’s a class for every fitness goal and every mood. 💙

The Wave is excited to host the Big Mountain Ski Club Ski Swap on Saturday, November 7 from 9 AM–3 PM in our gymnasium!

Find great gear, get ready for the slopes, and connect with fellow winter sports enthusiasts. ⛷️🏂

Please note: the gym will be closed during setup and the event, and parking may be busier than usual Friday afternoon and Saturday. Thanks for your patience!

Reminder - FACILITY NOTICE: Youth Swim Meet 🏊

The Wave will be hosting the Glacier Aquatics Club Youth Swim Meet on October 3–4. Please plan for the following facility impacts:

🏀 Gym: ½ of the gym will be closed Friday, Oct. 2 at 6 PM through Sunday, Oct. 4 at 2 PM for meet setup and spectators. The other half will remain open. No pickleball during this time.

🏊 Lap Pool: Closed to general member use Saturday & Sunday, 7 AM–2 PM.
