Fall is officially in full swing at WFCS! 🍁🎃

The last few weeks have been packed with autumn magic: harvesting a homegrown pumpkin straight from our school garden, planting bulbs to surprise us next spring, carving Jack-o’-lanterns, getting sticky with pumpkin slime, and jumping into giant leaf piles. 🍂✨

Loving every moment of this colorful season with our little learners!

🚒 A huge thank you to the Whitefish Fire Department!

As part of our Community Helpers week, the firefighters brought their truck right to our parking lot to hang out with our students! 🧑‍🚒✨

The kids got an up-close look at the fire truck, learned all about fire safety, and got to see what firefighters look like when they’re wearing all their gear. It was such a great way to show our little ones that behind the big helmets and heavy suit is just a friendly community helper who is here to keep us safe!

We are so grateful for our local heroes taking the time to come inspire our class! 👨‍🚒👋

The big morning is finally here! ☀️🎒

These beautiful spaces are all set and ready for action after our team put the finishing touches on them during prep day.

We are beyond excited to kick off this school year—especially because opening our second classroom lets us welcome more children into our school family than ever before!

We could not have done this without our amazing community—thank you to everyone who has helped us get to this moment, including all of the supporters who helped complete the beautiful tile bench for our new classroom! And a special thank you to everyone who continues to support us through the Great Fish Community Challenge (Two more weeks left!). Your backing means the world to us and makes spaces like these possible.

Welcome, new and returning WFCS families! Let’s make it the best year yet! ✨🍎
