NEW THIS SUMMER! 🌿 Soo Bahk Do in Depot Park

Discover the perfect blend of martial arts and the outdoors in this exciting new summer program! In partnership with Sawbuck Do Jang, participants will explore the philosophy, art, and mechanics of Soo Bahk Do.

This unique 4-week program combines movement, discipline, self-confidence, and connection with nature in a fun and engaging environment.

Program Details:

⏱️ 50-minute classes
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
Ages 6–10 and 11–17

Students will learn fundamental Soo Bahk Do techniques, martial arts principles, and the values of respect, focus, and perseverance—all while training outdoors. No prior experience necessary.

Save the date! ✨ The Crown of the Continent Choir presents The Power of Kindness Season Finale Concert, celebrating our 14th season. This final concert of the season serves as a fundraiser supporting the choir’s continued work in the community.

The program features music centered on connection, kindness and belonging, with selections by Joni Mitchell, John Muir and Ola Gjeilo, plus a special solo performance by accompanist Eunhwa Park. Guests will also enjoy dynamic rhythms from guest drummer ensemble Ashè.
