🎃📐 Pumpkin Fun in Honors Geometry!

Our Honors Geometry students combined math and creativity with a fun, fall-themed pumpkin project! Students used what they’ve learned about triangles to identify and prove when triangles have the same size and shape.

It was a great way to bring geometry to life while celebrating the fall season! 🍂🎃

🚨💙💛 IMPORTANT HOMECOMING PARADE UPDATE! 💛💙🚨

Colonel Nation, the parade is STILL ON, but we're bringing it HOME to Cass High School!

Due to road closures in downtown Cartersville, the City of Cartersville has informed us that downtown will not be available for any portion of this year's Homecoming Parade. As a result, we are relocating the parade to the campus of Cass High School. The date and time remain unchanged!

📅 Tuesday, October 13
⏰ 6:00 PM
📍 NEW LOCATION: Cass High School

🚗 IMPORTANT: ARRIVE EARLY!
Colonel Way will close to traffic at 6:00 PM and remain closed until the parade concludes. Please plan to arrive early to park and find your viewing spot!

🗺️ See the attached campus map for the updated parade route and viewing areas.

🎉 Come celebrate our CHS athletic teams, Marching Band, JROTC, Homecoming class floats, and our 2026 Homecoming Court!

🍦 A SWEET HOMECOMING BONUS!
Jandy's Frozen Yogurt will be joining us on campus, and Cass High School is treating the FIRST 100 customers to FREE frozen yogurt! Jandy's will remain throughout the parade, with frozen yogurt available for purchase after the first 100 customers.

While we're disappointed that we won't be celebrating downtown this year, we're excited to bring this tradition home to Cass High! We appreciate everyone's understanding and flexibility with this last-minute change.

SAME DATE. SAME TIME. SAME COLONEL PRIDE. NEW LOCATION!

Let's pack the campus and make this a great evening for our students and community!

💙💛 GO COLONELS! 💛💙

💙💛 Bartow Cares 4 U | October Word of the Month: Listening 💛💙

Cass High School is proud to partner with Bartow Cares 4 U to recognize one outstanding elementary student from each of our feeder schools at every home football game! This community initiative celebrates students who demonstrate positive character and live out the values of caring for one another.

October’s word of the month is LISTENING! Listening means paying attention, seeking to understand others, and showing kindness through our actions. It reminds us that taking the time to truly hear someone is a meaningful way to show we care.

Congratulations to our October honorees! 🎉

⭐ Areli Linley – Cloverleaf Elementary School
⭐ Marlee Ingram – Hamilton Crossing Elementary School
⭐ Natalie Dobbs – White Elementary School
⭐ Madelyn Hale – Kingston Elementary School
⭐ Abel Young – Clear Creek Elementary School

These students exemplify listening, kindness, respect, responsibility, and positive leadership in their schools and among their peers. We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments and the wonderful examples they set for others!

Thank you to Bartow Cares 4 U and our feeder elementary schools for helping us recognize students who make a difference in our community. Together, we are building a culture of care, connection, and Colonel pride!
