Does anyone know if there was a price list given out to those attending Prom for the Prom photos? Are there going to be Prom photos taken?

If you are an Independent Rep of "Anything", we need some of your products. It doesn't matter what it is. It can be beauty, housewares, housegoods, health care, clothing, automotive, hardware, 'the list' is endlist. Mary Kay, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Avon, Jewelry, or if you are a sales rep for a large company and just have products you are marketing that you can donate us samples. We want and need all types. Esp name brand clothing, etc.

I know you stockpile samples and goodies for show and give-a-ways. We are looking for some of your product to make and/or fill raffle baskets. Look through your stuff or just let me know what you have available or can get and I can tell you what will work. We have all different types of baskets that need to be 'pumped' up for show and your products may just be what we need. Do not short change your product as you may not know the full scope of what we are in need of and/or got in the works. Our kids are getting ready to end a part of their lives and begin another. This could mean they can use or will be needing everything that you may have. I know this may sound like a weird request, but we have ideas in the works that need your donated items. New product only, obviously! Any size, any quantity.

Reply to me of what item or market you have available. It can be one of something, or esp if you have numerous items. I want to hear from you, now.

Hi Parents, let me help to clarify something for a lot of parents and possibly even students. I hope this helps a bit.

**Prom, is just that-Prom. Purchased tickets and a contract with parents signature MUST be turned in no later than this Friday, March 9th. These must be turned in to the front office, no online registration process available to purchase prom tickets. Paperwork must be obtained from the front office. All inquiries for pricing, times, places, etc can be answered from the staff there. Again this Friday is the deadline to purchase Prom tickets!!!!! Prom is chaperoned by school staff and admin. Prom is not being held at BHS. Again, all Prom inquiries are to be directed to the BHS office.

**Sr Celebration is the after prom, all night lock-in party. It is a separate entity from Prom. You do not have to attend one to attend the other. BHS seniors are free to attend Sr Celebration, but any outside guests are $15 each. Only a 2018 BHS graduate will be allowed to win any raffle prizes. A contract with all parent signatures (guests too) MUST be turned in to the front office as well. These contracts are available at the front office. Sr Celebration times are from 11PM-4AM. Sr Celebration is being held at BHS. Entry and check-in is at the cafeteria main entrance only! Doors close and lock at 12, midnight with no further entry. This gives students one hour after prom to go home, change clothes and come directly to the school for SC. If a student that turned in a contract does not show, then the parent will be called and informed of the no-show. Sr Celebration will have food so the kids do not have to stop and eat after prom. There will be lots of games, music, dancing, and entertainment for the kids to stay active for the evening. Raffle tickets can be earned through out the evening for prize drawings. Tickets have been earned by students and parents that have been helping out through out the years as well. The more tickets earned, the bigger the chance of winning prizes. Senior Celebration is sponsored and chaperoned by 2018 parents so all volunteers, donations, and funds are urgently needed. Please inquire to this email for all Senior Celebration questions or if wanting to volunteer and help out. We need more parents on board. We are in need of many different types of donations for decorations, food, and prizes. If can help in any way, please advise now. You can make your 2018 donation fee online, please do so now. Parents, please be aware that we are in need of many, many more parents to help out. Please be involved in your students last few high school events and help out with Senior Celebration. This Event is funding and created by US-THE PARENTS ONLY!!!! This is our responsibility to make this event a success for our Graduates.

Thank you to all that have been helping so far but please we need more help. We have all types of needs, so if you can do absolutely anything to help out, just reply.....I can find the best place for you to help out.

Hey parents,

The time is coming soon. We are paying expenses for entertainment, getting the food and decorating things in the works, but our funding for prizes for the raffle is not where it needs to be to suffice each and every graduate that will be attending. Please make a donation now to the above link to help our funding grow. These kids look forward to winning something great and I sure hope we have enough prizes for all kids to win something. Make your donation now!
Business sponsorships help out tremendously. If you have a connection or know a business that will help sponsor, please advise asap for the proper paperwork.

Hey Parents, I have a special project that I need someone to take control of for senior celebration. It requires working with the local businesses for help. This will be your one and only job and it's a very important part of our event. You can do it on your own time any time of the day, but I just need one person to solely handle this task thoroughly and completely. You are not part of a team that requires meetings and coordinating with others. Please advise if you want this job. I will give details once you inquire.

Our Decorating Team needs more members and more help. If this is the team that you want to help with, please inquire. Most of the work right now is working solo on your own time with your creations but then also the evening of putting them into place and decorating areas. More details once you inquire. Your student may have received, or needs to go pick up from the office their Prom and Senior Celebration contracts and information. These forms, must be signed by all students, guests, and parents of each attendee in order to attend each or both events. The sooner that these forms and payments are turned back in, the potential for more senior celebration raffle tickets for prizes to be won. Prom and Senior Celebration is April 14th. Parents, that is less than 12 weeks away!!!! Prom from 7-11pm and Senior Celebration from 11pm-4am after prom.
A separate notice went out this past week for the final call for cap and gown orders. If you have been living in a hole, it is time to wake up and come out. Our seniors' year is more than half way over and the fun is approaching quickly!!!! WAKE UP!

Parent volunteers are needed urgently for the planning of Senior Celebration. Please advise if you are available to help out beginning now...WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW, not just for the evening of the event!!!!!! NOW...WE NEED HELP TODAY with the planning and organizing. Please reply if you can help out now! Even if you cannot help the evening of, you can help us out now. All parents that help out with senior celebration, either with the planning now or even the evening of the event, will gain your student raffle tickets for prizes.

If you are planning on helping out for senior celebration, please advise now. We need to start assigning parents to 'jobs'. We need food committee people to help gain our food for the evening, we need decorating people to help decorating and we need lots and lots of chaperones to help out with the game and prize areas. Please advise now that you can help. We need you to sign up now so that we can get you on our list and get t-shirt sizes obtained and ordered for you.

If you will not be helping with anything for senior celebration please kindly let us know so we can take you off of our email contact listing.

Senior celebration will be after Prom on April 14th so they both are coming soon. Prom tickets and senior celebration contracts will be started soon. Please stay tuned and make sure your graduate is listening at school for the announcements for dates and instructions of how to obtain both. Details will be forthcoming for them at the school. They need to be paying attention for these details. The graduates will gain raffle tickets for turning in their SC contracts on earlier dates. The longer they wait, the less raffle tickets they can obtain. There will be other ways that they can gain raffle tickets as well, TBA. You for one can gain them tickets by you helping out and attending meetings. The more help that you are, the more tickets and chances of winning a prize your child may have. Get involved now to help gain more raffle tickets for your graduate.

If you have not been involved yet, please come. If you do not know which committee is the best fit for you to help with, please come. Time is growing short for us to accomplish so much in so little time. Please come! We need more help.

*If you have decorations, props, or ideas that can be used by the decorating team, please bring them
*If you know of businesses that are willing to help out with the food bring the information to us.
*If you know of a business that will make a donation to us let us know.
*If you are willing to donate a prize for the students raffle, let us know or bring it. new items in box only please!
*If you have any type of entertainment connection or game or item that you are willing to loan for the evening, spill the information. These secrets keep coming out as I speak with new parents coming on board with us. We need to know about what we have available to us.
*If you are a parent that is working on company donations already, please continue and do not 'forget' or allow to fall to the wayside of 'life'.
*If you are a parent that has not contacted me to help with company donations and you are willing, please reply. This is something that can be done on your own time, and we need more help in doing this to gain more prizes for our kids!
