Mission: We harness the power of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to ensure that every child with autism or other neurodiverse profiles can find their voice to communicate effectively and with meaning, form positive and reciprocal connections with others, and develop the skills to shape the world around them as they see fit, so that they can live a life they value. Vision: Our vision is that every learner who walks through our doors leaves with fewer barriers and more tools to communicate, self-advocate, form meaningful relationships, and shape their world. Core Values:

Compassion - We believe in a diverse, inclusive culture, and we strive to create an environment full of acceptance, kindness, and empathy where people are comfortable being their true selves. For families, this also means accepting their children just the way they are, with an emphasis on support and teaching, as opposed to changing them to fit a “typical” mold. We want to lead with kindness and compassion in all of our interactions with each other, while working hard to avoid rushing to judgment or applying blame. Integrity - The foundational elements of this value are responsibility, accountability, and adherence to ethical practices. Our field has a robust ethical code which we strive to adhere to closely. Excellence - We operate at the front of the curve, always forward-thinking in our approach. We strive to be a leader in the field with respect to quality of service (although we can’t ignore quantity from a business perspective). We want to do it better than anyone else. We are not afraid to try new things or make mistakes; the potential for learning and growth is always worth the risk. Sustainability - It’s all about balance. We balance planning for the future while appreciating the moments along the way. We work hard, but it’s important that we have fun doing it. ✨ : A Day Together at KP! 🪿

On August 28th, we traded our usual workday for a day of learning, connecting, team building, and some friendly competition. 😂🪿

We spent some time diving into our new system, then put our teamwork to the test with challenges that had us thinking and laughing. 🤔

Naturally, we had to bring out GooseChase -- a longtime KP favorite that turns our team into a bunch of adults running around completing ridiculous challenges for points. And yes, we take it VERY seriously. 🏃‍♀️💨🪿

We wrapped up with a team lunch, good food, great conversations, and some straight vibing. A day full of laughs, learning, teamwork, and just the right amount of chaos. ✨

Days like this are a pretty great reminder of what makes being part of the KP crew so much fun. We’re growing, learning, and leveling up together -- and we’d love to add a few more people to the crew. 👀
