Congratulations to all of our Citizen of the Month recipients! Students were recognized and celebrated for being inclusive friends and for demonstrating kindness, acceptance, and understanding toward others.
Throughout the month of May, we focused on the importance of acceptance, kindness, and understanding, and our students truly embraced these values each day. We are so proud of our kiddos for creating a truly inclusive welcoming school community where everyone feels valued and included. We SEE you!

There is nothing better than having a former student come straight from the graduation stage at University at Albany right back to where it all started.
Moments like this fill our hearts…. Watching our students grow, achieve their goals, and come back to share their success is incredibly special. He is now applying to dental school and we couldn’t be more proud . We can’t wait to see what comes next for all our MAS alumni.

Today we held our bi-annual MAS Staff Meatball Competition, and what a delicious event it was!
🏆 Congratulations to Donna Keane, whose chicken sausage gluten-free meatballs in tomato sauce earned the championship title with an almost perfect score across all categories: taste, texture, aroma, and presentation.
There were so many incredible and creative entries from our staff, making for a fun and friendly competition. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
A special thank you to our guest judges—Dr. Ricca, SRO Officer Deane, Dr. Crawford from RW, and Coach Rubenstein—for helping make the event such a memorable and enjoyable afternoon. What a great time for everyone! 🍅👏🎉

Today we wrapped up an incredible soccer season, and we couldn’t be more proud of all our players! ⚽️
We ended the season with a fantastic Jamboree, bringing together all five schools for a day filled with teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. The celebration concluded with an award ceremony recognizing the hard work and dedication of our student-athletes.
A special thank you to our Coaches-Mr.Fig, Mr.Turner and Mr. Graham. You inspired our kids on and off the field. We also like to celebrate Backyard Sports for creating this league and providing such a meaningful opportunity for our students to learn, grow, compete, and build friendships together. We are so proud of our kiddos and all they accomplished this season! 🏆👏💙💛
