The safety of our students, teachers & community is our biggest concern during the COVID-19 emergency. All Driving Lessons including CDL and the 5 hour class will be canceled for weeks of 3/22 – 6/13. The DMV has also canceled all road tests “until further notice.” We are still working and answering the phone from home 9am-5pm so please call us if you have any questions 914-949-0419. We will be assessing on a week to week basis.

Craig appreciates everyone's support & well wishes. For those of you who don't know, Craig was hit by a car last week while at the road test site in White Plains. He was discharged from the hospital today and will be recovering at home for several weeks. We wish him a speedy recovery.

New York drivers and their passengers better make sure they're buckled up.

State police will be running a two-week crackdown on seatbelts starting Monday and running through June 3.

The state police will join about 400 local law enforcement units across New York to enforce the seatbelt law.

The law says all people in a vehicle's front seats have to wear seatbelts. So do all children under 16 years old, no matter what seat they're in. All children under 8 years old must be in an appropriate child restraint system.

Drivers can get points on their license and pay a fine of up to $100 for each passenger under 16 not wearing a seatbelt. Front-seat passengers who are over 16 can be fined $50 if they're caught without a seatbelt.

Due to the recent tragic fire in Carmel. The 5-Hour Pre Licensing Course tomorrow 5/5/12 at 9:00am in Carmel will be canceled. There is going to be an extreme volume of people attending the funerals in the general vicinity at 9am. In addition, the road will be closed directly in front of the class location and they are using the facility as an after funeral reception.

The class will be rescheduled for Wednesday 5/9/12 at 5:00pm in Carmel.
