Try something new this week! Our open level adult Jazz class is the perfect place to start. We're talking fantastic music you'll want to sing along to — jazz, disco, and pop — while learning the basics of jazz dance like rhythm and musicality.

Every class builds strength, balance, and coordination, and wraps up with a fun dance routine that gets your whole body moving!

No experience necessary! This class is for any adult looking to explore the joy, artistry, and physical benefits of ballet. Come stretch, build strength and flexibility.

We'll start at the barre with accessible exercises focused on alignment and breath, then move to the center floor where music guides us through beautiful ballet combinations. All levels welcome — teens 13 and up included!
