Stretching a Used carriage Track Frame.
The Vee rail side of the I-beams were positioned to within .05 - that’s the thickness of three business cards stacked together That’s a lot of pushing and pulling on the track Frame over a 70 foot long span

Roll cases finishing up and heading for a Sawmill east of the Finger Lakes, in the state of New York.  Conveyor  equipment purpose built, designed with low maintenance needs picks up lumber to be moved and puts it to where you want it. You don’t have to pay the man that doesn’t have to be “there” to make sure lumber gets to where it needs to go. What can we build for you?

A McDonough style guide Dresser and a Pacific Hoe style guide Dresser. Easy to use. Easy to afford. Put the operators hands on the opposite side of the cutterhead. Do what works !

If you're wondering just how big this Opposed Twin Horizontal is, here's a good reference point: Matt is 6'4".

With final assembly nearing completion in our Eau Claire shop, this machine is really starting to show its scale. Photos never quite capture it, but standing beside it gives a much better appreciation for the amount of steel, engineering, and craftsmanship that goes into building equipment of this size.

Looking forward to seeing this one head out the door and get to work!

We are currently making updates on an 8’ Bandmill not running as well as it should ,in Kentucky. a line bar Resaw is getting installed in eastern Illinois a 42 inch tilted carriage and 6 foot tilted bandmill is where I’ll be for the next couple weeks in the state of New York.
back at the shop some of the guys will be working on a Sawmill a lot like this one and will be using five McDonough head blocks and a McDonough 62” Bandmill. This is a ‘spec’ Mill , kind of like a spec house, it hasn’t been sold, it is available. Before it its finishes, it’d be nice to know where this is headed. If this is something you might be interested in. Call.

This is a newer Wheel that’s got some irregularity to its surface Here, Mike is using a powered head and spinning the wheel in the opposite direction to clean off the high spots The wheel finished out really nice. We’re going to seal it and ship it to New York .
