Hello fellow PTA Members,

As many of you know, one of the roles of the PTA is advocacy for our schools, teachers as well as students. Our teachers need our support now more than ever. They have been working without a contract since March and need our help to put pressure on administrators to come to the table with a competitive contract. We currently have two calls to action to show our support: an electronic petition, that can be signed by any adult within the district and second, we need to show up on December 18th at 7pm at ESC for the Board of Education meeting.

Below you will find a flyer to share with a QR code for the petition and Board meeting details. In addition, you will see facts to use in discussions with the community as to why this is so critical.

We are SO excited for our sold-out Imagine Arts Academy - Michigan Snow Much Fun event happening TOMORROW after school (4:00–5:30 PM)!🎨✨

🍿 Snacks: Popcorn and applesauce will be provided.

🍎 If your child prefers something else, please have them pack an alternative snack.

💧 Send your child with their water bottle!

Please plan to pick up your child at 530p from the main entrance. You will have to come in and sign out your child.

✨ On today’s episode of “The PTA Did That…” ✨

The Dublin Elementary PTA brought the universe right to our school! 🚀🌌

Today our students got to experience Mobile Ed Productions’ SkyDome, a giant inflatable planetarium that transformed our gym into a star-filled adventure. Once inside the dome, students blasted off on a guided tour of the solar system—no spacesuits required! 🪐✨

With the help of a digital planetarium projector and an expert navigator, our budding astronomers:
🌟 Explored the Northern Hemisphere’s night sky exactly as it appears today
🪐 Took dramatic “flights” to every planet in our solar system
🌍 Viewed the sky through different seasons and from around the globe

It was an unforgettable day of curiosity, wonder, and cosmic learning. Thank you to mobileedproductions and to all of you who helped our meet our color run goal 🥅 —because of you, we can bring incredible experiences like this to our students! 💫

🍀 Great job Levi and Dublin!!! 🍀

Levi put out the call to rally our community for a food drive to help hungry kids in our neighborhood… and WOW did Dublin show up! 🎉🎉

The goal was 1,500 items — and we smashed it by bringing in 1,656 items! That’s a total of 1,367 lbs of food, enough to feed 10+ families for an entire month! 🥫💪

A huge thank you to Levi and our amazing Dublin community for coming together with so much heart. Because of your energy, generosity, and teamwork, families in our neighborhood will have full cupboards and full hearts.

Go Shamrocks! ☘️💚
