Sometimes the best PD is learning more about why you tick rather then how you tick or should. I never thought of ADHD as a disorder or deficit UNTIL I became an entrepreneur and couldn't learn easily or how I was being taught.... it's extremely interesting to see into yourself.

Ok so I know most of my friends and family know I do Beachbody and I love it and am very passionate about it. I love it for many reasons but seriously this is the best yet.
