Spring gymnastics is finally here! 🤸

Our youth gymnastics program helps children build confidence, strength, and coordination in a fun, supportive environment. Classes are designed for a range of ages and skill levels:

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (ages 3–5): Kids work on foundational motor skills through obstacle courses, balance activities, and gymnastics stations. They practice listening, following directions, and taking turns—no experience needed.

𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 (ages 5–10): Explore all four events—vault, bars, beam, and floor—with hands-on coaching and guided activities to support each child’s progress.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (ages 5–12): Gymnasts take the next step after mastering the Beginner class, focusing on stronger form, control, and consistency while learning new progressions to grow skills safely and confidently.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 (Grades 7–12): Athletes participate in team-only training to improve strength, technique, and endurance.

📅 Session I: March 23–April 10
Classes are offered with options available Monday–Thursday at the District Service Center.

Well, it’s the end of an era. With a heavy heart, we’ve made the decision to close KUC at the end of this school year. It’s been an honor to teach and love all the families we were lucky enough to have as part of our program and to live our dream. Thank you for 25 AMAZING years. We love you all. ❤️

Stop by for Youth Night at Mariner Middle School (formerly “South Campus”) and cheer on the WBL gymnastics team THIS THURSDAY! There will be a youth raffle for prizes (bear wear, gift card, & treats), a dance party with the team, concessions, and a photo op starting at 6:00! Youth 12 and under get in for free! Adults & 13+ get in free with foodshelf donations. This is a great opportunity for future gymnasts to check out the team. The White Bear Lake High School Gymnastics team is open to 7-12 graders to join each fall! 🧡🖤
