Swimquest is a unique elite swim school that offers programs for all ages from infancy to adults. Our programs include swimming lessons (private, semi-private and small group), stroke clinics, and swim teams (competitive or non). All our programs strive to help swimmers build confidence in the water by positive motivation, proper body positioning and encouragement for endurance building one lap at a time. We create an environment of fun and positivity for all the swimmers at Swimquest.

Sometimes swimmers are so dependent on their goggles that they think they can’t swim without them! 😝
It is important to have swimmers swim without goggles in practices to prepare them for this situation. When you are prepared and confident NOTHING will stop you from moving forward in the pool after you lose your goggles in a race.
