Position Details:
�• Up to 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, flexible)�• Starting at $15/hour�• Paid holidays

�• Support WIOA participants as they transition into employment�• Stay connected through phone, email, and in-person follow-ups�• Build relationships with employers and community partners�• Document participant progress and maintain program records�• Prepare reports and ensure WIOA compliance

�• Strong communication and relationship-building skills�• Experience in outreach, marketing, or customer service�• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)�• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the region�• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are the Region 5, local Workforce Development Board serving the 6 counties of the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia: Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, and Tyler. We are a group of community leaders appointed by local elected officials, as well as hired program and administrative staff.
