The new cohort of Doctor of Physical Therapy students were welcomed by faculty of the program. After a tour of campus, the group went to First Settlement Physical Therapy at the Highlands to hear from Sen. Jim Justice of West Virginia. He talked about the Safe Act, a bill he is sponsoring in Congress. In the afternoon, the students performed service at the Wheeling YMCA.
