I was so proud to be part of Qlik's sponsorship of the McDonald's Technology Charity Classic at Cog Hill today. As many of you know, the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is a global organization that provides essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.

It was awesome to hear this annual event, hosted by RHMC Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana had a record year. With 500 participants (max capacity) and raising almost $500K, one can only imagine how our support will help provide thousands of nights filled with care and comfort to families needing to be close to their children receiving treatment and medical care.

Not lost on me, was how heartwarming it was to meet so many committed volunteers that make a real difference in this world. Thank you McDonald's and RMHC for all you do.

Last weekend, was feeling a bit "rote" in my flying routine. Stopped by the airport to clean up the plane and despite weather building around us, it turned out to be a perfect IFR day. Plus flying in the rain could help clean some of the bugs off. 😉

A corupted file prevented me from sharing the most challenging part of the flight, but its always good to practice single pilot IFR skills. Hope you enoy the flight. Blue Skies and Tailwinds!
