🎃 Calling Local Businesses, Vendors & Community Organizations!
The Walt Whitman PTO is looking for local businesses, vendors, clubs, and organizations to join our annual Trunk or Treat at Whitman Elementary School!
This is a fun opportunity to connect with more than 300 local families, promote your business or organization, and help us create a safe and memorable Halloween event for our community.
📅 Saturday, October 24
⏰ 10:00 AM–12:00 PM (set-up: 8 - 9:45 am)
📍 Whitman Elementary School
133 Wille Ave. Wheeling
- Decorate and host a trunk: $15
- Vendor (bring your own table/set-up): $30
- Vendor table with table rental: $40
🐾 Whitman families host a trunk FREE!
Can’t attend but still want to support the event? We also have sponsorship opportunities for prizes, candy, giveaways, and activities!
