Dr. Paul D. Miller is a Professor of the Practice of International Affairs at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
He serves as co-chair of the Global Politics and Security concentration in the MSFS program.
He is also a non-resident Senior Fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security.
Dr. Miller will share from his recently published book, Just War and Ordered Liberty which reinterprets the just war traditions in light of contemporary security challenges.

Evelyn Sanguinetti shares how she rose to become the first Lt. Governor (Illinois) in the United States from a mother who was a Cuban refugee and a father who was an Ecuadorian immigrant. Congratulations to Tennyson Bush for winning tonight's debate. He has won $5,000 as the overall winner of our two debates that were set for 2019-2020. Lydia Kang has won $2,000 as runner-up. It has taken winning an essay portion and an oral arguments portion to even make it to this final round. Well, done both Tennyson and Lydia.
