Today our Basics of ESL Teaching 101 workshop is meeting on Zoom all day (8:30 am - 5 pm CDT). Please pray for our instructors and students, for no technical problems, and for God to be glorified as our participants are equipped!

One of our favorite principles in language learning is "learn a little, use it a lot." What do we mean by that? This means taking time to learn a little bit and then practice it a lot to solidify your learning, absorb what you need, and then have a firm foundation to move to the next thing. In language learning, we often want to move too fast, but when we build on concepts that we aren't fully familiar with, it can cause even less stable understanding!
