Meal includes pulled pork right off the smoker 😊
Donations go towards blessing the families at Valor School.

✨ A Special Announcement from Valor ✨

As this school year comes to a close, I wanted to share an important update with our Valor families and community.

After many beautiful years serving Valor in many different roles — including founder, board member, administrator, principal, director, and teacher — I will be stepping out of my position at the end of this school year as the Lord leads my family into a new season. ❤️

It has been an incredible honor to help build and steward such a special space for children and families over the years. I am so deeply grateful for every family, every child, every memory, and every moment God has allowed me to share together. The love, trust, and support from this community has meant more than words can express.

As one season closes, I am also SO excited for what is ahead at Valor! 🎉

Please help us at Valor warmly welcome two wonderful new additions to the Valor team for the upcoming school year:

✨ Ms. Kim Mixson will be joining us as our Preschool 2’s & 3’s teacher.

✨ Ms. Maddie Eathorne will be stepping into the role of Childcare/Preschool Director and will also be teaching our PreK 4 & 5 year olds.

We are incredibly excited to have these amazing ladies joining the Valor family! Both Ms. Kim and Ms. Maddie have such sweet hearts for children and families, and we cannot wait for your kiddos to begin building relationships with them.

Two little girls. Two bright yellow caps. And two hearts that just crossed their very first finish line. 🎓💛

Kindergarten graduation.

It sounds simple… but it isn’t.

Because behind those smiles are early mornings, learning letters one at a time, brave goodbyes at the classroom door, and so many tiny moments that felt ordinary at the time.

But today? They don’t feel ordinary at all.

They feel like seeds that grew. 🌱

Watching them stand there, holding their diplomas, I couldn’t help but think about how growth happens so quietly. No big announcements. No instant results. Just steady showing up… day after day.

And then suddenly, you look up and realize—something beautiful has been built.

Galatians 6:9 keeps whispering to my heart:
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” 📖

Today felt like a little glimpse of that “due season.”

So proud of these girls. So grateful for every small step that got them here.

And maybe this is your reminder too…
What you’re nurturing right now—your children, your calling, your quiet obedience—it’s growing. Even if you can’t see it yet.

Keep planting, friend. The harvest always comes. 🌿✨

Some days in the classroom feel like sunshine.
Some days feel like spilled crayons, tangled emotions, and learning curves.

But every single day, it is still community.

A classroom is its own little world. A place where voices matter, hearts are shaped, confidence is built, and kindness is practiced one moment at a time.

That little hand raised high in the air.
That sweet smile waiting to be seen.
Those moments are proof that what we build here matters.

Honor starts at the top.

So we practice honoring one another’s voice, gifting, calling, position, and heart. We teach them that every person carries value, and every person deserves to be seen with kindness.

Do we always get it right? No. Sometimes we miss the moment. Sometimes we need to grow too.

But even that becomes part of the lesson.

Because community is not built by perfection. It is built by humility, grace, and showing up again tomorrow.

And those eager hands raised to speak greatness…
That precious smile full of light…

They are worth every single moment. ✨🍎🫶
