Katrina Laffey has a gift for creating learning experiences that are accessible, memorable and meaningful for every child. 💡​

In three years at Primrose School of South Charlotte and 12 years with Primrose overall, Ms. Laffey has built a Pre-K environment that is warm, creative and inclusive. Dramatic play centers change into gardens and coffee shops, a sensory table becomes an invitation to explore and every activity is introduced with genuine enthusiasm.​

Reaching their dreams felt a little closer for students at Primrose School of Harmony on the Lakes the after a surprise story time filled with excitement, encouragement and a very special guest. 🏀📖✨​

​As a special story time surprise, New York Knicks NBA Champion Jose Alvarado shared one of his favorite books, answered questions and encouraged children to work hard, believe in themselves and follow their dreams.​

At Primrose School of O'Fallon at WingHaven, Mrs. Frost pays close attention to every student’s progress, and she differentiates instruction and adapts lessons in real time to meet each child’s individual needs.​

Children leave her classroom emotionally prepared for kindergarten and academically ahead of expectations. Mrs. Frost has built a classroom culture so warm and consistent that children who once struggled with anxiety, transitions or self-confidence walk out ready for what comes next.​

Today, our Preschool 1 classroom was celebrating being a part of a community. We were little scientists for the day. They were getting ready for a science experiment to celebrate how we learn together. Ba-king so-da, baking soda! Vin-e-gar, vinegar! We asked....What do you think will happen when we mix the baking soda and vinegar?
