Introducing Dr. Nefertiti B. Poyner — and I couldn’t be more proud to welcome her to this work. 🌿

With over 30 years in early childhood education, Nefertiti brings a depth of knowledge and lived experience that is rare. As the Founder and CEO of Mighty Works Education Group, LLC, she has spent her career helping educators and leaders build capacity, strengthen well-being, and reconnect with the purpose that brought them to this work in the first place.

She is also a Transformational Coaching graduate — and watching her move through this course, and now step into it as an instructor, has been one of the quiet honors of my work.
