30 MMA staff + a weekend in the mountains = 🏔️💛✨

We traded our classrooms for mountain views this weekend and headed to Estes Park for Montessori in the Mountains, hosted by MECR!

A weekend full of learning, laughing, team bonding, sightseeing, and making some pretty great memories together. 🥾🌲✨ We left with new ideas, full hearts, and maybe a few tired feet. 😂

Turns out professional development hits a little different at 7,500 feet. 😉🏔️

So grateful for this crew and the opportunity to learn, grow, and have a whole lot of fun together! 💛
