Seasoned the beef patties with Malcom Reed AP, with a hint of the BBQ Rub.
Cooked the patties over some Firebull PREMIUM Charcoal on my Kris Evans drum.
Toasted the buns with some KerrygoldUSA butter. Sliced up some fresh veggies from H-E-B
Layered some fresh Boar's Head cheese
Slathered some Blue Plate Mayonnaise for the win!

Fried up some fish and french fries! Infused the batter with some Malcom’s King Craw and man lemme tell you, elevated flavor profile! So good! Also dusted the french fries as well. Dipped both in some remoulade! Amazing!
