Here's a fun way to support our Playground Committee!! 🎉🧈🍌

🎉 THE SQUISHY RAFFLE IS NOW OPEN! 🎉

Get ready to WIN BIG, SQUISH MORE, and SUPPORT OUR SCHOOL! The Murphy Playground Committee is raffling off two giant squishies:

🍌 Squeezy Banana
🧈 14 oz. Butter Squishy

🎟️ TICKETS:

• $2 each
• 3 for $5
• 6 for $10
• 15 for $20

The raffle runs through Wednesday, September 23. Purchase tickets by scanning the Venmo QR code on the flyer. In the payment notes, please include:

• “Squishy Raffle”
• BANANA or BUTTER or both (if buying multiple tickets please specify how many tickets go to each squishy ie…8 BANANA, 7 BUTTER
• Your name and phone number

You can also purchase tickets in person at Weymouth Food Truck Night on Friday, September 4, from 5–8 PM or at the Murphy Open House on Wednesday, September 23, from 6–8 PM.

❤️ Every ticket helps fund a new playground for Murphy Elementary students and the surrounding community!

We're SO thankful for Mass Cultural Council's generous grant that allowed us to experience a year of learning and growing with Holly Hill Farm! So much joy in hands-on learning outdoors! 🌿🥔🥕🍅

CAN YOU HELP US REFILL OUR PANTRY?? ❤️

The good news is, our community has been finding some relief through the generosity of our Murphy family and our outdoor pantry. The challenging news is that there is still need and we could really use a major re-stock, of both shelf-stable food items and toiletries.

Great items include:
Canned Goods: Tuna, chicken, beans, soups, and chili.
Grains & Pasta: Rice, lentils, oats, cereal, and dry pasta.
Shelf-Stable Add-ins: Bouillon cubes, dried spices, peanut butter, and powdered milk.
Comfort Foods: Granola bars, trail mix, honey, and instant coffee

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, bars of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, sanitary pads, tampons, panty liners, disposable razors and shaving cream.

Hi all! We could really use a few more volunteers if you have a couple of hours to spare on Monday 6/15!! ❤️

Woohoo!! It's Field Day on 6/15 and we need LOTS of volunteers to make this awesome annual event happen! We'll take as much time as you can give us. There are lots of options available for either morning or afternoon shifts, and If you're available for both morning and afternoon slots, please grab both! Additionally, if you'd like to sign up but can't commit to the full time requested for the slot, please sign up and write the actual time you are available in the comment section. IMPORTANT - you need to have an active CORI on file. If you need to begin the CORI process, Mrs. Hamilton in the main office can help you get that done, but please reach out ASAP. Thank you, as always, for all you do for these kiddos. It's going to be SUCH a great day!!
