What a way to start a Sunday! More than 50 students from schools in Marshfield, Norwell, Hanover, Peabody, and ours in Weymouth, hit the mats bright and early for a workout with the Masters! Great instruction, technique, energy, and enthusiasm. Decades of dedication, experience, and friendship right here! Thanks to Sensei Chip Quimby at Authentic Karate Training Center for his hospitality in hosting this terrific group!

NEW FLOOR FOR IOK!
A HUGE thank you to Denise from Norwell karate for her super generous donation. It is bittersweet seeing Denise lose her dojo space of many years over an admin/ regulatory snafu with the Town. IOK will put these to great use though. Welcome in Weymouth anytime D!!!

Great group of HS kids from Goldfish Swim School at SD Intro Class last night! Hosted by Bill and Marina from Goldfish Swim. And, Brett from 110 Fitness ...both of Rockland, MA. Young swimming teachers learning something new for their toolbox as they develop into leaders. Good stuff and good fun!
