#1 is our LabGrown membership🧪, which is in house and all encompassing. It includes your skillwork, which is hitting, pitching or 2 way. It also includes strength and conditioning and the option to add fielding. This membership ranges from middle school through college players and has different commitment lengths. It starts with a baseline gym
assessment as well as a mocap for your particular skill. We tailor programming based on that objective data and then use our expertise as coaches to build a plan and assign drills. We see how guys progress, retest, and adjust the program as needed. This is a combination of 1 on 1 and small group training. We evaluate game performance as well, both in person and with video. Includes Regular Mocaps at NO ADDITIONAL COST
#2 is our Remote Training. This is meant for the player than can make it into Lab periodically for mocaps and retesting. Same as our Labgrown membership, we get a baseline and build a program. We go over your first month of training in person and then have weekly check ins to gather feedback. We evaluate the video you send to us, both for your skill and in the gym. We adjust the program monthly and ideally, the athlete revisits the Lab on a consistent basis. Middle school-college players
#3 is our Consultation service. This is designed for players from out of area that want to gather objective data & pair with a subjective interpretation by our staff. Includes mocap capture & custom report/review. Can be paired with remote training for those wishing to take things to next level. High School-Pro Players
