Back to school 4-H meeting August 17th 5:30pm at Extension office in Wewoka 🍀 If your kiddos have turned 8 they can still come. We are growing the club with the kids 😀

Oklahoma Agriculture in the Classroom website provides K-12 educators with engaging resources to increase agricultural literacy among their students.

We’ve got roughly 38 residents at one of the local nursing homes so we are going to put together a smaller care package for each of the residents. Below are items we will be collecting at our next meeting.

Each resident will receive a gift bag with:

Reminder next meeting tomorrow! I changed the theme since there are so many pretty leaves around right now. We are going to do a fun marble leaf lesson and talk about Oklahoma leaves and talk about leaf collections that they can make in 4-H.

Next Cloverbud meeting will be October 27th from 5:30 to 6:30 at Wewoka Extension office. We will be learning about different types of rocks, painting rocks, and will be taking a lava rock home that will grow crystals. Should be a fun activity. Hope to see everyone there 😃 Also feel free to drop off pop tabs and bottle caps at each meeting.

It’s county fair time 🎉We will make a leather craft item that Cloverbuds can enter in the fair on August 23rd 5:30pm at Extension office. Also feel free to bring bottle caps and poptabs to the meeting to drop off. Hope to see you there 😊🍀
