That’s a wrap Session 4 it is officially closed! What a great camp it has been, but it’s time to head home. We are all packed up and headed back to Elmore County with lots of memories, new friendships, and plenty of stories to share.

A huge thank you to all of the parents who trusted us and allowed your youth to attend camp this week. Thank you for giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and make unforgettable memories.

We also want to extend a special thank you to the Alabama 4-H Center and all of the staff who work so hard to make these camps possible. Your dedication, planning, and enthusiasm helped make this an amazing experience for everyone.

We had a great time!!

End of Day 2 at 4-H Summer Camp!

What a great day we had! After lunch, our campers enjoyed time at the pool, worked together to build their regatta boats, tackled the rock wall, and then put their creations to the test in the regatta boat race!

We were part of the Mermaid Group, a combined group with our new amazing friends from Butler County 4-H! It was so much fun getting to know new campers and making new friendships throughout the week.

A special shoutout to our team that won the award for “Most Dramatic Sink” in the regatta boat race definitely a race to remember!

We wrapped up the evening with a camp party full of games, dancing, and lots of fun with friends. It’s been an amazing day filled with teamwork, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime!

Day 2 is officially underway at 4-H Summer Camp!

Our campers kicked off the morning at the lake, enjoying kayaking and paddle boarding while getting in a good laugh watching Mrs. Courtney fall off her paddle-board into the lake 😂

Now it’s time for a well-deserved lunch and a little break before we head off to our next adventure this afternoon. The fun never stops at camp.

What a busy and fun-filled day yesterday!

We survived Animal Adventures and Survivor, where campers learned valuable outdoor skills, worked together, and took on exciting challenges. We wrapped up the evening with Sports Night and cooled off in the pool!

The campers are having a blast, making memories, and enjoying every minute of camp.

Here’s to Day 2 and all the adventures still to come
