Man... Some days can be exhausting! The grind never stops and you have to find that reason "WHY".

99% of the time, it's these kids, but that 1% is walking into this facility!!

Love you all!

ALPHA!!

Last night I talked to the girls on the side after practice. I want to do a "self defense/awareness " class.

This will be offered to the ladies only (mom, sister, aunt, grandma, and friend) and will be free.

Thoughts?

I sat and watched some football games this weekend and heard the same complaints at 3 different fields.

"Why are they not playing him"
"He isn't playing because of this daddy ball league "
I just don't know what to do to help improve him".

Well stop making excuses for your child and fix the problem! Make him/her so dominate on the field, they don't have a choice but play them!

Wrestling improves EVERY sport!

I'm here, raise them up right!
