Miss Mueller‘s PreK-3 class has been busy exploring fall through hands-on activities. Students are having bushels of fun – from hunting for and sorting leaves to creating apple stamping art, they are completely immersed in their activities. We love watching their curiosity grow!

Fifth graders are learning about the roles of Native American men, women, and children while using color coding and graphic organizers to identify and organize key information. These important skills help students learn how to synthesize information and become stronger thinkers!

🎃 Today’s hands-on science lesson was all about pumpkins! Our students used their five senses to explore how a pumpkin looked, smelled, felt, and sounded and recorded their observations like real scientists!

On this beautiful morning, we celebrated one of our most beloved traditions, the Blessing of Pets to honor and commemorate the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi.

Fr. Ajeesh spoke about how pets are a source of love, comfort, and compassion in our lives and shared that Saint Francis felt all of nature is a reflection of God. Saint Francis encouraged others to lead lives of kindness and empathy, and we should follow his example.

From playful dogs and cats to a variety of smaller companions, every beloved pet received a special blessing. Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning to honor Saint Francis.

We were delighted that so many parents could join us for the first Coffee and Conversation of the school year!

Mrs. Sarpu shared an update on the first few weeks of school, and her vision for the year ahead. A special thank you to third and fifth grade students who shared their expressive writing and history projects with us!

We are grateful for the wonderful questions and positive engagement from our parent community. Strong partnerships between home and school make all the difference!
