❤️ A Heartfelt Goodbye to Romp n’ Roll Wethersfield
After 12 incredible years, it is with a very heavy and grateful heart that I share some difficult news: Romp n’ Roll will be closing its doors as of August 31, 2026.
This is truly the end of an era for me. Since 2014, Romp n’ Roll has been so much more than a business. It has been a place filled with laughter, music, play, friendships, birthday celebrations, first steps, growing smiles, and so many unforgettable childhood milestones.
Most importantly, it has been a place where I have had the incredible privilege of watching your children grow.
Some of you have been with us for years. Some of you came through our doors with tiny babies and watched them grow into toddlers and preschoolers. Others joined us for a class, a birthday party, camp, or a special event. No matter how long you were part of our Romp n’ Roll family, you have been a part of this story, and I am incredibly grateful.
Unfortunately, circumstances surrounding our lease have made it necessary for me to close the business. This is not the ending I would have chosen, and saying goodbye is incredibly bittersweet.
When I look back at these 12 years, though, I don’t want to focus on the ending. I want to focus on everything we created together — the friendships, the memories, the laughter, the music, the messy art projects, the birthday celebrations, the special moments, and most of all, the children who made Romp n’ Roll what it was.
Thank you for trusting me and my team with your children. Thank you for celebrating birthdays with us, taking classes with us, coming to camps and events, and making Romp n’ Roll part of your family’s lives. It has been an absolute honor.
I will carry these memories and relationships with me into whatever comes next. ❤️
Our final day will be Sunday, August 30th, and I hope we can make these last days together ones that we will always remember. All of us at Romp n’ Roll Wethersfield will miss you!
