2026 Reunion 06/23/2026

Over 100 Hawks returned to Clapboardtree Street earlier this month, catching up with old friends, touring campus, and celebrating all things Xaverian. Special thanks to Father Chris Peschel ’06 for leading prayer, Jon Loiacono ’01 for providing his outstanding Schwendi beer, and the Class of 1991 for leading the league in Hawk Shop hat sales and supporting the Hawks! Xaverian’s Adventure Club wrapped up the school year with an unforgettable weekend on Martha’s Vineyard. From fishing the jetties at Menemsha and visiting the picturesque Aquinnah Cliffs, to grabbing pizza at Giordano’s in Oak Bluffs, it was the perfect start to summer. Before heading home, the group stopped at Red Top Sporting Goods in Bourne to get some advice on fishing the Cape Cod Canal. The tips paid off, as Michael '31 landed an impressive 28.5-inch striped bass!

Today, we celebrate Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and honors the resilience, strength, and enduring contributions of Black Americans throughout our nation's history. As we reflect on this important day, may we continue to uphold the dignity of every person and work toward a society rooted in justice, respect, and compassion.

Xaverian saw an incredible 2025–2026 school year filled with standout athletic achievements, including golf and football D1 State Championships, a swim D1 South Sectional title and fourth-place State finish, incredible playoff runs for baseball and lacrosse, and 11 of our 17 varsity sports ranking among the top 10 programs in Massachusetts. It was a year full of memorable moments that reflected what’s possible through great teamwork and the support of an incredible community. We can’t wait to see what next year brings. Let’s go, Hawks!

🌴 California alumni, here we come! 🌴

Jacob Conca ’94, Ph.D., Head of School, and Ann Alsfeld, Chief of Advancement and External Relations, are heading to California this July and look forward to connecting with Hawks on the West Coast.

Join them for a casual networking opportunity at Nola in Palo Alto or for an open house gathering in Nob Hill featuring cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and great company. Hawks who are unable to attend either gathering but would still like to connect are encouraged to reach out to arrange a separate time. Learn more on our website today!

The excitement surrounding Xaverian’s spring musical, “A Chorus Line: Teen Edition,” continued following the final bow. Two adjudicators from the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild (METG) attended to evaluate the production and we're happy to share that Xaverian’s choral director, Mr. Murray Kidd, P ’22, the show’s music director, was nominated for “Best Music Direction.” Congratulations to Mr. Kidd and the entire cast and crew on this well-deserved recognition!
