Yesterday I headed over to The DRIPBaR ® Closter and got the works done! Started off with an IV drip with a special blend made just for me. While relaxing in their comfortable recliner’s I also had compression boots on which just added to the experience. Finally off to 20 minutes of Red Light Therapy! The location is beautiful the owners are extremely friendly, accommodating, and most importantly knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend to everyone looking to feel healthy…. I left there feeling like a million bucks!!! 💪🏼😁🤘🏼

So I’ll be the first to admit I don’t stretch as much as I should especially after 30+ years of weight training. So today I had Cara Steele help me out with it. Now granted I am not the easiest person to work with at 6’6” 285lbs but Cara did it! 🙌🏼She specializes in FTS which stands for Fascia Stretch Therapy™. Some of the benefits you’ll notice after a single session are:
-Increased joint space for increased range of motion.
-Improved muscle activation and relaxation.
-Reduction of injuries & improvement in  sports performance.
-Improved posture and functional ability.
-Relief of chronic pain.

Today is the 7 year anniversary of Buff Bull Fitness and I can’t thank everyone enough for your support! I can honestly say I’m proud of this gym and how many people it’s help over the years. My dream came true when I opened the doors and it’s been a blessing ever since helping people reach their goals and become more confident, healthier, and stronger! Thank you all again! ❤️💪🏼🥹🤘🏼🍾
