🚨 New Program Announcement! 🚨

We’re excited to share that starting next week, Muay Thai classes are officially part of the schedule at Training Grounds! 🥊

📅 When: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 PM
👊 Coach: Please join us in welcoming Coach Nicholas Chalarka to the team. Nick has over 10 years of Muay Thai experience and is currently competing in MMA.

Classes will be run in our split training room — half Core Jiu-Jitsu and half Muay Thai — so you’ll have the best of both worlds right here at Training Grounds.

What you’ll need for class:
Don’t worry if you’re just getting started — here are the basic supplies you’ll need for next week’s classes. For now, you can grab everything easily on Amazon:

Hand wraps

Boxing gloves

Shin guards

Mouthguard

Hi everyone just a reminder we will be closed for Memorial Day weekend, Saturday and Monday. Open mat for adults today at 630pm, Saturday regular time @ 12:30. And 10:30am open mat on Monday. We will be back to our regular schedule on Tuesday. Hope everyone enjoys the holiday!
