Hey Gang,
Coach here.
1. Open Mat on 9/5 (Sat) 10 AM-12 PM
2. We are closed 9/6 and 9/7 for Labor Day
3. Starting on 9/11 We will begin Friday Night Fights from 7:30 PM- 8:30 PM. OPEN SPARRING!!! ALL GYMS ARE WELCOME!!!!!
4. Effective immediately, Coach Kevin will be taking a break and I will be taking over Saturday morning classes.

Just a reminder. Class is at 9 AM tomorrow and NO SPARRING.
We have an event for Neurodivergent Children and Adults from 10-12.
Normal schedule next Sunday.

Sunday Aug. 2nd. Class is moved to 9 AM.
We are running a private event for kids with autism from 10 AM- 12 PM.
NO SPARRING ON Aug. 2nd.

Great news everyone!!!!
1 more slight change on the schedule.
Coach Sam will be hosting a 2nd S&C class on Thursdays @ 7:30 PM, followed by Muay Thai 8-8:30 PM.
This allows us to keep our current times the same while offering a little more on the fitness side.
This takes place effective immediately.

Hey guys, Coach here.
As we keep tweeking the schedule to get things working perfectly again, we have 2 small schedule changes.
Sam and I spoke and decided that Tues. S&C class will begin at 7:30 as opposed to 7. We both decided that 1 hour of S&C followed by sparring is a bit long, esprcially this time of year.
Thursday night class will now be starting at 8 PM. ONLY THURSDAYS!!!!! The day job is insane, I can't physically or mentally keep up the pace to be at the gym by 7:30.
As always, Thank you for the patience moving forward. I try my best to give you guys the best Muay Thai experience possible.
