📚 Back to School & Germ Reminder
School is back in session, which means we all know those extra germs like to make their way around! Please remember the importance of following our illness policy to help keep everyone healthy and our daycare family safe. If your child is showing any signs of illness or you have questions about whether they should attend, please reach out to me before drop off so we can discuss. Thank you for helping us protect all of our little ones and families. ❤️

📅 Upcoming Closure
Daycare will close at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 25th. Please plan accordingly for pick up.

💛 Communication Is Key
A friendly reminder that communication helps our days run smoothly! Please continue to keep me updated on any schedule changes, illnesses, appointments, or anything else that may affect your child’s day. I appreciate knowing ahead of time whenever possible so I can continue providing the best care and planning our daily activities.

Hi everyone! Just a reminder that daycare will be closed September 4th-7th for Labor Day weekend. 🇺🇸

Payments are still due on Friday as usual. Please make sure payment is received on time to avoid any late fees.

I have an incredibly busy weekend planned, so I may not be able to respond right away. I will return any messages received during this time on Monday evening.

We have had a great first week back to school! Thank you all for helping make the transition go smoothly.

A few important reminders:

Payments are due today. Please make sure payments are submitted on time to avoid any late fees.

Drop-off times are important to follow. Unless you have received prior approval and have paid the additional early drop-off fee, daycare doors open at 7:00 AM. I am happy to open the door at 7:00 AM sharp, but prior to that time I am preparing for the day to begin.

If you need care before 7:00 AM, please message me ahead of time to discuss whether availability is an option.

With school starting, I want to send out a few important reminders to help keep our days running smoothly and ensure I can meet the needs of all of our daycare families.

If your child attends a school outside of our school district, it is your responsibility to make sure I am aware of their school schedule, pickup time, days off, early dismissals, and any schedule changes. Please communicate these changes with me as soon as possible. This is very important so I can plan transportation and our daily schedule accordingly.

For all families with school-age children, please let me know prior to 2:00 PM whenever possible if your child:
• Will be picked up by someone else and will not need me to pick them up
• Will be absent from school
• Will be leaving school early
• Has any other change to their normal school schedule

We run a tight pickup schedule each afternoon to make sure we are able to meet the needs of all of our families. Knowing these changes ahead of time helps everything run much more smoothly. ❤️

⏰ Contracted Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

Please remember that contracted times need to be followed.

• Normal daycare opening time is 7:00 AM. If you need care before 7:00 AM, please message me first. I will let you know if early care is available and provide approval.
• Normal contracted pickup time is 4:30 PM. Children need to be picked up by their contracted time unless you have received prior approval from me.
• I cannot accept children being dropped off earlier than their contracted time or picked up later than their contracted time without prior approval. Late fees may apply when applicable.

Hello, Daycare Families!

I hope everyone had a wonderful summer! As we head into August, we're getting ready for a fun month and the excitement of a new school year. Thank you all for being such an amazing part of our daycare family!

August Closure Reminder

Please note that daycare will be closed August 12th–14th. Thank you for planning ahead!

🎒 Back to School

Good luck to all of our school-age kiddos as they begin another school year! I hope this year is filled with learning, friendships, confidence, and wonderful memories.

Daycare will be transporting school-age children to school each morning. There will be no drop-offs between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM while we are away for school transportation.

To help keep everyone's belongings organized, all school-age children should keep their personal items inside their backpacks. This helps prevent items from being misplaced during the day.

⏰ Schedule Changes

If your child's drop-off or pick-up schedule will be different from your usual routine, please let me know as soon as possible. I plan my day and evenings around everyone's schedules. While I understand emergencies happen, schedule changes with less than 24 hours' notice may not be able to be accommodated.

🤧 Illness Reminder

With school back in session, we typically see an increase in seasonal germs. Please help us keep everyone as healthy as possible by following our illness policy. Keeping sick children home helps protect all of the children and families in our care.

💳 Tuition Reminder

A friendly reminder that all tuition payments are due each Friday by 6:00 PM. Thank you for making timely payments and helping things run smoothly.
