CCDC’s 2026 Annual Auction was filled with laughs, conversations, and community! We had a fun filled evening bidding over the magical work of our children!!

Friday was a day filled with connections, culture, and community throughout the teachers! We started the morning with classroom tours and understanding more in detail about what each classroom does and how they best support the children and their families! We continued the day by completing an ice breaker activity where we were given questions, time to discuss, then moved to another teacher an we repeated this until we came full circle (see video) The staff, then, had a meeting which included revisiting many conversations we began in August at the start of the school year about the culture of the school. This work is essential to who we are as a community! It was a day filled with conversations and work throughout each of the classrooms!
