⚽️ SBYSC Families, now that fall soccer is officially underway, here are some important upcoming dates to add to your calendars! 📅

🔹 Saturday, September 12th: U9 and U11 games begin!

🔹 Saturday, September 19th: U8 program begins at Rydman Field! Practice will start at 9:00 AM, with games to follow at 9:30 AM. Please plan to arrive accordingly so you can pick up your player's schedule and uniform.

🔹 Saturday, September 19th at 6:00 PM: GH College Women's Soccer Youth Player Parade at Stewart Field! This is currently tentative, and more information will be shared as we receive it.

🔹 Saturday, September 26th: Coaches will distribute picture order forms and schedules to parents.

🔹 Sunday, September 27th: 📸 Picture Day at Rydman Field!

We are so excited to officially have fall soccer underway and can't wait for a great season! Please make sure to save these important dates. ⚽️💙

🚌 BUS ROUTES! 🚌

School starts THIS WEDNESDAY, and we can’t wait to welcome our Wildcats back! 🐾

Families who will be using bus transportation should receive a phone call with their student’s morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off times.

Haven’t received a call yet? Please contact Libie in our Transportation Department so we can make sure your student is all set for Wednesday!

📣 Important Immunization Reminder

Washington State law requires students to have current immunization documentation on file before attending school.

Students must have one of the following:

✅ Proof of required immunizations
✅ Documentation showing they are following an approved immunization schedule
✅ A valid Certificate of Exemption

Ocosta School District will be enforcing this requirement. Students who do not have the required documentation on file may not attend school until their records are brought into compliance.

If you have received a notice regarding your child’s immunizations, please contact the school as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue.

🎉 SBYSC Annual Picnic! ⚽️

It’s almost time for our annual SBYSC picnic! We’d love for all of our players, coaches, and families to join us on August 26th at 5:30 PM for an evening of food, fun, and time together! ❤️

We’ll have hot dogs, chips, drinks, and desserts for everyone to enjoy. 🌭🍪🥤

We’ll also have our raffle items available, so be sure to stop by and check them out! 🎟️
