Do you take good care of your voice?

Many people spend hours at the gym or outdoor to keep their bodies in shape. However, singers and actors are well aware of the fact that our voice needs to trained and maintained too.
🗣
There is a whole list of things to do and to avoid in order to manage healthy voice; smoking, yelling, loud speaking, singing when it hurts, are things to be avoided. Taking voice naps throughout a day, warming up before singing, humidifying your home are highly recommendable for your voice.
🗣
The most important is to stay hydrated-drinking a lot of water (not too cold!) and taking a lot of food full of water: melon, grapes, peaches, apple, pear etc.
