Welcome to Happy Trails Afterschool Club!

We are excited to welcome both our new and returning families for an amazing school year!

For those who are new to our program, Happy Trails Afterschool Club provides a safe, engaging, and family-oriented environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. We offer exciting activities, homework assistance, and opportunities for students to build friendships and create lasting memories.

Program Information

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Open on Early Release Days
Homework Assistance

General homework help is included in our program. Families interested in specialized homework support from an educator may enroll for an additional monthly fee.

Registration Requirements

To secure your child's spot, the following are required:

One-time Registration Fee: $35.00 per child
Deposit: $50.00 per child
Completed registration application (must be completed in its entirety)

Please note that your child's spot is not guaranteed until all required forms and fees have been submitted.

Program Fees
Before Care: $76.00 per month
After School Care: $284.00 per month
BCPS Employees, Everyday Heroes, and Sibling Discount (5%): $270.00 per month

Payments will be collected on a biweekly basis.
