Tired of boring indoor training?

CYCLING STUDIO
It’s a proven concept that indoor training makes cyclists stronger, based on power, statistics, smart trainers and professional race videos, which simulate the courses real resistance. For more strength, add in our core and leg workout programs. NOT in Southeast Florida. We are The Sufferfest Embassy! Don’t suffer alone, ride to official footage videos from the Le Tour de France and Giro d’Italia, with our coach-led classes and on screen training tips. We keep the social component in a safer environment. COACHING
We offer Individualized or team training programs to our athletes using the best proven methodology. Incorporating cycling skills and team strategies, based on individual or team goals. Training programs are developed utilizing over 25 years’ of experience as a professional racer and coach. SCIENTIFIC DATA
So important! By collecting and analyzing data from the Wahoo KICKR™ smart trainers and athlete’s computer with outdoor training via the cloud, we are able to track progress, strength and training stress, which allow our coaches to track progress as well as to adjust all training programs.
