Civil rights attorney Ben Crump says independent experts have joined the investigation into the death of Nolan Wells, including ocean engineering specialists studying tidal patterns and audio experts reviewing the complete Sea Tow call.

Crump said the goal is to ensure a thorough and transparent investigation into the 18-year-old’s death. Wells’ family continues seeking answers while investigators urge anyone with firsthand information to come forward.

What’s in a title? Is it who you are or what you do? Is it in your role and responsibilities or is it given so that others understand and can identify with what you do?

Your title defines what you do, not who you are. It is determined by set roles, responsibilities and tasks that you perform to deliver outcomes expected. It’s very easy to get caught up in your title, especially if this is your first time in a leadership role. Don’t, resist and remember it’s all in what you do and how you do it, not in the position or title.
