The Manning Meteors are ending the school year with fun and laughter! ☀️Students enjoyed a staff vs. 5th grade kickball game, followed by a splash-filled dunk tank challenge as students tried to send staff members swimming. What a great way to celebrate together!

South Early Childhood Center families enjoyed a fun and active celebration of the school year! 🎉 Thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful time together.
Our 5th- and 8th-grade students recently celebrated big milestones and showed just how much they’ve grown on their bilingual journey.
At our last BPAC meeting of the year, our 5th graders shared their Spanish language skills through a theatre performance and celebrated their elementary years with pizza, laughter, and a piñata.
Our 8th graders celebrated at the junior high with their families, reflected on memories from kindergarten until now, presented what they’ve learned together, and received certificates for their hard work in the TBE program. They were even surprised when their K-3 teachers showed up to congratulate them!
We are so proud of our students and all they have accomplished. We can’t wait to see them continue to grow and use their Spanish skills in high school.
A special thank you to Ms. Sandy Serowka, BPAC Co-President, for the many years she has spent supporting our BPAC and TBE program. From volunteering at events to supporting families and students year after year, her time and dedication have meant so much to our school community. We are thankful for your leadership, guidance, and heart for our students and families. You will be missed!
CUSD 201 was proud to host the 11th Annual Chicagoland A.P. Consortium Conference! Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success. We are grateful to our facilitators for sharing their expertise, to keynote speaker Carl Ho**er ker for his inspiring presentation, and to our outstanding CUSD 201 team whose hard work and dedication made the conference possible.
