We’ve been practicing AXE training by Pavel at Bellbar, and loving it.
I’ve adapted the programming since most of my everyday (seasoned) athletes aren’t able to single-arm swing a 24kg kettlebell—and that’s ok. The principles still work.
The outcome? We’re getting stronger, building conditioning, and recovering better without beating ourselves up. And btw, that’s how we’re going to get up to single-arm swinging that 24k bell.
