Yoga Basics Course is open to the public. This 6 hour course will take you through all the different things our group will be learning throughout the year. Learn more about the 8 limbs of yoga, yoga history, yoga philosophy, charkras, breathwork and even meditation. This course is for you if you just want to dive deeper into what yoga means beyond the poses and what yoga really is.

Meet Kristyn Molinaro (Swami Tathyananda).

Kristyn is our Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer for Good Juju Yoga School.

She completed her own YTT in 2010 at The Temple of Kriya Yoga Chicago. Her journey then led her to India for 8 years where she learned deeper concepts and yogic roots. She went on to spend 4.5 years training in order to become an ordained Swami. She has even been mentioned in Yoga Journal Magazine!


She now lives in the Netherlands. She is full of knowledge and experience. We are so incredibly lucky to have Kristyn leading this program.
